"I liked our stay here. The view of the lake was nice and walking to the lake for the sunset and views was great! Went to the bar & grill and had wings and nachos with some drinks and it was great! Helpful & kind waitress. Room was clean, shower was great with the rain shower head, big restroom. Comfortable bed! Really enjoyed and would recommend this place over the Americas Best Value Inn next door as I stayed there as well. Wish I had stayed longer at this place!"

"A very well-appointed B & B property with stunning views of the lake and wonderful amenities. However, check-in could have been easier (code OK, but don't forget * key in the client entrance advice). Also, the division of rooms and amenities was a bit confusing. Was everything available for use for all guests, or not? Caretaker couple, though, was top-notch -- informative, friendly, helpful. Plus, breakfast spread of goodies was primo! John M. "We loved our stay at The Cottages! Having travelled extensively, these cottages were above and beyond in character, comfort, amenities. Everything was carefully thought out from the matching decor to interesting books, even a game. The beds were comfy and the bathroom facilities luxurious. As it was chilly in early September we used the fireplace and the heating in the bathroom, which was very effective. The local bakery and selected restaurants and shops were in walking distance. Our cottage was surrounded by a lovely garden and even a local deer came to visit."
