"Clean but the tub is flaking. Needs a redo. Good options for breakfast. Coffee maker in room. Easy check in and out. I was there 2 nights. Night 2 was quet. Night 1... next door had TV on all night! So, depends if you've a respectful neighbor or a git."

"Although the hotel is a little run down, it’s Very clean and comfortable and in a great location in Cortez with a pretty mountain view. Fantastic breakfast!! "The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez."
