"Toilet was plugged, staff offered me a plunger, fixed the next day but room was not cleaned. No Creamer or sweetener for coffee. AC had some noise. The breakfast was limited, omelets were fair, milk was tasteless and of poor quality limited yogurt options. Elevators worked some of the time. The check in manager was pleasant.
I stayed at this property last year and was pleased however after this years fiasco I will not be back and will not use use this chain again."

"The good: Inexpensive; Staff friendly and helpful; Lobby and breakfast area recently renovated; Breakfast above average for budget-range hotel (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, good coffee, yogurt, cereal); Good Indian restaurant on premises.
The "needs improvement": Other than the lobby, this property has seen better days; Room condition poor - trim, etc. worn - needs painting; Bathroom - white shower/tub surround fixed with off-white flex seal, fixtures worn, vent fan very noisy; Sink area dark - only 1 bulb working in fixture, sink drain barely works; Other: musty smell, A/C works well but very noisy, can hear other guests in neighboring rooms, very humid as pool is nearby, room was directly off the large conference hall, outside of room very dark day and night;"
