The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Flora was able to book our transportation to Ha Long Bay for a great price. The property is well situated with everything within walking distance. Only negative was that our sink in our bathroom was leaky. And the bathroom amenities are much to be desired. But with that, all was great!

Our room was very clean, nice decoration and offered stunning views of the city view. The amenities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch, adding to a perfectly relaxing stay. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers seeking quality and comfort.

The Hotel is close to everything. We took a grab taxi from the Cathedral everyday and it was a 1 min walk. 12 minutes to the lake. Shopping and food around the corner. Perfect location.

The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.
