Central location of all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has varieties of food, Vietnamese traditional and western choices. Rooftop bar was a super place to watch fireworks during holidays. In short, no regrets to stay there for our Hanoi visit trip. Thank you the whole hotel team. Keep up the excellent work.

Stop looking and stay here. That staff goes above and beyond to take care of its guests. From walking you across the street (if you don't know about crossing the street in vietnam, you will lol), to keeping you safe and happy. I'll definitely stay here again. Best staff ever.

Really enjoyed our stay at Oriental Jade. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with exceptional aircon! Location was perfect - a short walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options. Would definitely stay here again.
