The staff here are phenomenal. Everything is done for you and nothing is too much trouble . Unreal customer service . They think beyond the brief and make sure you are all ok . Do check out the spa! Hôtel is Amazing place .

The staff were all great, easy excellent communication in English from Cindy with the booking, Bob at check in, Mr. Dong at the reception desk, and the entire restaurant team at breakfast.
Breakfast daily was a lavish buffet that had you spoilt for choices - several options of fresh fruits, natural juices, local favorites, vegan and meat options, cheeses, eggs, an omelette station, croissants, even almonds and cashews
They arranged transfers from the airport, Ninh Binh day tour and to our our next hotel in Halong Bay all at competitive prices, so it was very convenient 1-stop shop to enjoy Hanoi's Old Quarter and all it offers
An excellent location with the lake, local shops and mall, spas, nightlife, restaurants, cafes and attractions all within a maximum 15 minutes walk.
The king room with a terrace was exactly as advertised and we loved it! Large, clean, cool, with all amenities, and a very comfortable bed.
Loved all our six nights here, highly recommended.
Thanks again to Cindy and team and if we're ever back in Hanoi, will definitely stay here again.
