"Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - ..."

"Otelin konumu merkeze yakın, taş ambiyansı mükemmel fakat bunların getirdigi dezavantaj olarak sokakların çok dar olması dolaylı park yeri sıkıntısı, dısarıdan çok ses alması ve odaların birbirine yakın olması var. Temizlik olarak gayet iyiydi, görevli arkadaş da oldukça yardımcı oldu."
