Liked everything about this hotel. We had a problem with the air conditioner amd they fixed it immediate (remotely from the front desk). Location was very good, you can walk to the pedestrian bridge.

Lotte Hotel World
We wanted to watch Netflix of our account(this hotel doesn't provide any) on the TV in the room, but all three different staff members attending to the matter, they were unable to implement a solution after a significant delay.

Signiel Seoul
Staying at the hotel is an experience unto itself in Seoul. Highly recommend.
