오션뷰

오션뷰에요. 해 뜨는 것도 봤구요. 뷰는 정말 좇습니다. 근데 친절하진 않구요, 나올 때 쓰레기 처리하라구... 경상도 다니면 대부분 이 정도 불친절해서 그런가 보다 합니다. 강구항이나 장사해수욕장도 가깝고 위치는 나쁘지 않구요.

일출을 아침에 전면에서 감상할 수 있어 좋았어요 바다풍광과 테트라포드, 어촌사람들의 갓잡은 고기를 가까이서 살 수 있어 역시 좋았구요 다만, 가격이 시설에 비해 높다는 느낌을 받았음 지리적 여건이 반영되었다 해도 높다는 생각을 갖고 있음

청소가 안되었는지 머리카락이 여기저기 널려있고 시설에 비해서 가격이 너무비쌈. 사람도 별로 없던데 체크인 시간 오후3시규칙이라면서 한시간 기다림. 패밀리더블방이었는데 아침에 바다보는것 하나 괜찮았음.사이트에는 조식이 있는걸로 나와있었는데 조식식당도 문닫았음.따라서 배달도 안됨. 교통편:반대편에서 올때는 상당히 교통이 불편함.

바다도 펼쳐진곳에 주다보니 넘 좋아용 하지만 직원의 고객대응은 아주 미숙합니다 친절도가 많이 떨어지네요 외국인아내가 완전 싫어했습니다. 개선이 필요한점이네요

개인예약은 무시될가능성이있습니다

직원들이 일단 불친절합니다. 고객이물어보거나 체크인하려고하면 띠꺼워하는ㅈ느낌 그리고 콘도측에서 예약자체를 겹쳐서 받는데 체크인 일주일전에 예약했는데 단체예약들어오면 개인예약 무시당하고 연락도없습니다 미리 단체예약때문에 체크인이어렵다고 알려주는게 아니고 저희가체크인할때..알려주드라고요 최악의 영덕여행이였네요

우선 모든 방이 바다를 향하도록 되어있어 전망이 생각보다 좋다. 그러나 7번 국도에서 너무 가까운 관계로 차량들의 소음이 크게 들리는것은 잠을 청하는데는 좋은 조건이 아니었다. 객실을 상당히 깨끗하며 관리가 잘되어 있었다. 건물내부에 편의점이 있어서 편하지만 주변에 식당이나 필요한 물건을 구하기에는 제한적이다.

내 생에 최악의 불친절과 불소통 숙소 1. 스파룸을 예약, 사진 속 스파는 네모형의 제트스파였으나 객실에 가보니 원형 월풀로 되어있었고 사진에는 스파에서 오션 뷰가 가능했으나 내 객실은 건물 지붕 뷰였음 - 1층 데스크에 사진과 스파모양이나 뷰가 다르다고 문의하였더니, 돌아오는 답변은 "객실이 모두 1000개다, 어떻게 객실 사진을 다 찍어서 올리냐" 라고 답변 - 최소한 "죄송하다", "오션뷰와 일반뷰를 구분해서 올리는 작업을 미처 하지 못했다, 스파 또한 마찬가지다" 이러한 답변이 있어야 하는데, 적반하장격으로 나왔음. 실제 이 호텔은 스파객실이 몇개 안됨. 무슨 1000개 객실이 다 스파방도 아니고 10개 남짓한 스파룸을 이런식으로 뒷통수침 2. 여유이불에 각종 얼룩과 수많은 머리카락 - 여유이불에 각종 얼룩과 수 많은 머리카락이 있어 항의했더니, 자기들은 세탁을 했다, 얼룩은 씼어도 남아있을 수 있다. 굳이 바꾸려면 바꿔주겠다, 매우 불친절한 답변으로 여유이불을 쓰지 않았음 3. 조리도구 목록에 가위가 있는데, 주방에 가위가 없어서 문의 - 프론트 전화를 10통을 해도 안받아서 1층으로 가서 가위 달라고 요청했음, 갔다준다고 말하고 휑 가버림. 그래서 숙소로 가란건지 1층에 대기하란건지를 몰라서 졸졸졸 뒤로 따라감. 한참 창고까지 따라갔는데 룸에 가있으면 가져다 줄테니 룸으로 가라고함. 최악의 불친절과 의사소통 4. 월풀 스파 불량 - 샤워기가 안되서 문의하니 다른 방법을 가르쳐줌. - 월풀 스파가 아래와 옆에서 스파가 작동해야하는데 아래에서만 작동하고 옆에서는 작동이 안됨. 누가봐도 버튼이 2개인데 버튼1개만 작동하고 나머지 1개가 작동안하길래 문의했더니 버튼 1개로 아래와 옆에서 다 작동한다고 말하는거임. 그래서 옆에서는 안나오잖아요? 하니까 그제서야 직원들이 점검을 못했다고 말함. 아니 점검을 못했는지 했는지 궁금하지 않고 작동을 시켜주든가 고쳐주든가 방을 바꿔줘야함에도 불구하고 계속 변명을 하거나 둘러댐. 먼저 죄송하다고 사과를 하고 해결을 해줘야하는 것이 서비스업인데 굉장히 불친절함. 해결책을 제시안하고 있길래 가만히 있으니까 그냥 룸에서 나가버림. 절대비추 돈을 더주고 다른 호텔을 가는게 나을듯 영덕에서 맛집이나 관광 모두 다 좋았는데 숙소가 제일 최악, 관리자인지 사장인지 장사 그렇게 하다간 곧 망할듯

영덕 힐링턴 콘도

깔끔하고 뷰도 좋았어요 노래방같은 부대시설 이용이 안된다는 점이 아쉬웠네요
