"We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. Car parking was easy to access, and the hotel is in a lovely area with an easy bus ride or short drive into town. "Room was lovely and spacious, very comfortable bed. I found that the staff on the front desk ignored me a couple of times when I wanted to ask something, they were not with other customers at the time. They were talking to each other, I waited a while and then gave up. Unfortunately when we stayed there was lots of building work going on and it was very noisy and not very relaxing.
