"It was a good one night stay - we arrived very late so went to bed right away then we had breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was just OK, nothing remarkable. The communication about the shuttle was not very clear, we were first timers arriving at LAX so we don't know our way. Called their reception a few times upon arriving but their instructions where to find the shuttle were not very concise."

"Entire floor smelled of mildew room was worse. Plus was staff friendly and breakfast was good. Thank goodness only stayed one night"

"We stayed there for two nights and valet parked my car . On the day we were checking out, the valet services lost my Tesla’s key. The staff was very helpful to locate the car via security cameras and I had to go get the car from the garage with their staff . They were apologetic about it and were going to reserve my valet fees . It was inconvenient and has never happened to me before. "

"I have stayed here on several occasions and have to say there are aspects that have gone down hill on this trip. Firstly they have started charging for car parking which is a pure and simple money grab, they do not need to charge as no one other the hotel guests would use the car park. Secondly stayed for five nights and only had the maid visit once which never used to be the case"

"Great staff. Breakfast was excellent. Only issues were, the tissue shortage(due to it being in storage), and the condition of the clothing and restroom drawers(looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. But overall, would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone."
