A huge property, well-located, with helpful staff. Now if only they could do something about the weak WiFi. I might bring up a first webpage, but after that it was invariably impossible to get any further. I had to go out to Lawson's on the corner to find reliable WiFi.

Having the onsen onsite is a definite deciding factor for us. It’s nice to use the onsen for relaxation and get ready for another day of adventure.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

Well kept hotel. Has all the ammenities. Convenience store on second floor. Worked fine for us as a base to sleep at during our 11 days in Tokyo. Very close to Ryogoku Station.
