"Check in and check out were painless. More than ample 110 volt outlets as well as USB A outlets. There are no USB C outlets Lots of desktop space for backpacks, phones, paraphernalia. Overall very spacious, clean room Refrig, ironing board, closet with drawers, very large dresser sofa sleeper, king size bed. A/c works. Access door wasn't taking our room card key. They fixed the door lock in less than 5 minutes. Wifi Download/upload in room 10 mbps sometimes better at 80 mbps, but for most part was a meager 10 MBPS We were initially given incorrect/non functioning card keys. Parking is not free but initial Expedia website said that it was free. I did bring it to their attention and they said they would waive my parking fee. We usually did'nt have a problem finding parking. They have a free airport shuttle. We did not use it because we had a car. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from the airport. When we were there the Business Center (computer and printer) was not functioning. As a result I want able to print my boarding pass. A minor inconvenience. Maids, for some reason did not ever clean our room. We stayed 4 nights. I emptied my trash in the trash cans by the elevator: you remove the metal top to allow a small bag of trash to be dumped into it. Otherwise the small round opening in the top of the trash can is too small. We were charge for water we didn't consume. I challeged this charge and it was eventually retracted. Front desk staff not very friendly, but are civil."
