It's not super far from the airport, but it's also not close to the Black Sea beaches, which I thought it would be. It's also very far from Trabzon, largely because of the heavy traffic, and while there are buses and minibuses, it's confusing to use them, but taxis are not cheap either. The area is very urban and heavily trafficked, but isn't walkable to anything."

We stayed two nights. There was no cleaning while we were there, and you have to wait a long time for the elevator.
The power goes out constantly. The overhead fountain doesn't work while I'm showering in the bathroom.
Breakfast was okay, but there was no coffee to drink. When we asked for coffee, they told us it was Turkish coffee, it was an extra, and the price was 100 TL."
"Hotel has swimming pool, suna, steam room and Gym free to use for guests, I really enjoyed it and all such facilities were open from 7am to 10pm so plenty of time to relax and enjoy all of them. Breakfast was delicious and so many options available. What really impressed me that Hotel management has a programme for special needs people individual to work in different departments, for example there was a special need waiter serving the guests during breakfast time, he was very pleasant and taking pride in his work. Amenities such as cafe, shops and restaurants were on walking distance
Cleaning can be improved, there were marks on sofas, and carpet, small amount of mould building up on tiles in bathroom
They charged extra for water bottles to be provided in the room, in my opinion water bottles must be free for guests
