I paid for a superior room with king bed with the photo clearly showing a desk and chair. My room did not have any desk or chair. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked when I checked in, with no apparent effort to fix the others. On my last day, only one elevator worked while hordes of people were waiting on every floor to go down, including many with luggage. We had to ride all the way up to the top on the sole working elevator to make sure we could squeeze in as there was no other way to make it down from floor 23 with our luggage.

Love this hotel, location is great, rooms are not too cramped and well maintained. Clean rooms, staff are friendly. Bit of a wait for lifts but to be expected. Our only disappointment is the chaotic breakfast, we tried different times and regardless had to queue to get a table and the selection of food using great, we’ve stayed before and it’s definitely deteriorated from when we’ve been there before. People can be rude and it wasn’t a great dining experience any day we were there. So actually wouldn’t stay again if we were looking to build in breakfast. Other than that it’s a great hotel.

The checking in process needs some updates

The location is great, room is very clean. TV remote doesn't work. bedding is okay. This is my second time staying there. Somehow feel the first time was a whote lot better

The breakfast buffet was great - egg choices, breakfast meats, pancakes, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, juices. All replenished quickly The rooms were small but the beds were confortable & you don't spend much time in the room anyway. There are only 2 elevators for 36 floors, so there was usually a wait in the mornings. Staff were great!
