このホテルは今回初めて 宿泊しました。 宿泊日は火曜日だったので全体的に落ち着いた感じです。このホテルで夕食を取ろうとしたんですけども レストランは営業していないとのことででした。 それで 近くに日本料理店に行きミニ懐石を食べてきましたけど美味しくて コスパも良かったです。 部屋の設備はかなり古い感じで窓のロールカーテンも少し破れた感じでした。 こういう点はまあきちんと修繕した方がいいのではないかと思います。 それと 備え付けのケトルの手入れをあまり良くなく茶渋と言うか 結構 汚れた感じでした。宿泊したのは最上階の部屋でまあこのホテルとしては良い方の部屋だったと思いますが もう少し 気をつけた方がいいのではないかと思いました。 朝食は到着した日に予約をし 支払いました。 朝食のレストランは落ち着いた感じで 従業員はとても良い感じでした。 朝食はそんなに メニューは多くありませんが十分ではあります。 それと 美味しくいただけました。ホテル全体としては設備や 接客 はもう少し頑張ってもらいたいなと思いました。

少し駅からは遠いですが米沢は城下町ですので、機関車の煙の関係で仕方ないですね。 それ以下は飲食店も近くて良かったですね！

Komfortables Hotel in guter Lage

Großes Zimmer, komfortable Betten. Gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Leider war die Hotelbar geschlossen. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!

フロントの対応も良く清潔感のあるホテルでした。朝食は別に予約して、バイキングで2,000円とお値段的にはやや高めでしたが内容には満足しています。周辺は徒歩5分程度に居酒屋や小料理屋など多数あり、米沢の夜も美味しく雰囲気の良い小料理屋さんと出会えました。

シンプルで景色の良い広い部屋に大満足

窓から山が見えたのがとても良かったです。広いお部屋を選んだら、車椅子でも狭く感じず、大変くつろげました。

1人で利用したのですが、深夜に呼び鈴を2回鳴らされました。連れはいないので不審に思い、ドアの覗き穴から外を見ると、外国籍の人らしいがっちりとした体格の男性が2Lくらいのペットボトルの水を1本とむき出しのトイレットペーパーを1巻持って立っているのが見えました。 恐ろしくなってフロントに電話をすると、穏やかに「わかりました」と言ってくださいました。 そのまま、のぞき穴から廊下を見ていると、その外国籍らしい男性は携帯電話で話し始めどこかへ歩いて行きました。その後、フロントから電話があり、「外国の方が部屋を間違えたようです。もう大丈夫です。」と知らせてくださって安心する事ができました。丁寧に対応していただきました。 それから、外出する際のフロントのスタッフさんの対応が穏やかで明るくて優しくて素敵でした。何度か出入りしたので、3人の方に対応してもらいましたが、皆さん素敵でした。 歯ブラシや櫛などを使わなかったら植樹等の活動を援助する取組もされていて素敵だと思いました。

どんな相談事にも乗ってくださって本当に親切なスタッフさん達でした。2点ほど気になったのは、部屋ごとに冷暖房の切り替えが出来ない点、トイレが古くなかなか流れない点です。それ以外は設備も綺麗で清潔感もあり、ベッドの寝心地も最高でした。

ホテル全体の雰囲気は落ち着いていて静かです。部屋の清掃も行き届いており清潔に保たれています。アメニティーも十分に備わっています。隣接する駐車場も十分に広く使いやすいです。周辺のホテルと比べて高級感はあります。ただし、ホテル内の施設（レストラン、バー、ラウンジなど）は現時点で休業状態です。朝食の提供は可能とのことでしたが、2400円/人と宿泊費に比して高額なので内容は不明ながら敬遠したくなる価格設定です。
