"The room was very bad, with no housekeeping service, extremely noisy, and the elevator was not working. People had to use the stairs, and the room curtain was not proper, which failed to block the outside light during the day and night. I have never experienced such horrible service, and nobody was listening. They promised to compensate me with free nights, but I didn't receive anything. I am reporting my bad experience. "
