Wonderful place to stay
It was a fantastic place to stay everything was so clean and everyone was so helpful and friendly. My brother and I totally enjoyed it and will come back again. Loved the pool.

My experience was not good. There was no electricity for two hours. I paid to rest and be able to sleep for a few hours and I couldn't do it since for that I need to use a special machine and without electricity I couldn't do it. I spoke to the receptionist and she didn't pay attention to me, she just said I'm so sorry, I can't control that.

The room was perfect in every way -- plus the pillows are amazing! The breakfast bar was outstanding. The entire hotel was lovely, super clean and very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking is wonderful.

This property was fine for what I needed: a place to sleep and breakfast in the morning. It is a decent property but a bit dated. I would stay here again.

The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. The cleaning service was non-existent, despite repeated requests for housekeeping services. Plus, shower curtain was moldy. Staff was not helpful in answering questions. Staff was not very friendly. After complaining about lack of housekeeping service and receiving “I’m sorry” the was no remediation of the problem/request. Aside from the breakfast being good we did not have a positive experience at this Best Western. We will not be selecting a future stay at Best Western Hotels. Also, we will not be recommending a Best Western stay to any of our family or friends.

It checks all the boxes but it's mostly self serve. There's a fitness room and everything works but, you're turning the lights on, and they haven't filled the water-cooler in a while, there's an indoor pool that is unattended and closes about an hour too early, it has a hw as ter that keeps it just above chilly. The TVs have cable but basic and the batteries in the remote take a few times to work. There's your standard breakfast fare. It's not bad for an in and out, but probably not a destination

The carpeting had a bad smell and needs to be replaced. The doors to the armoire were always stuck. The pool was nice. The staff was not very friendly or engaging. The luggage carts were the worst I have ever used. The room was not very accessible to our car in the parking lot. I probably would not return.
