The staff were very helpful, and the reception area was fitted out with seating, tables and TV as a meeting place, snack bar and information hub. The apartment rooms were well set up and comfortable.

The room was great and it was very clean, and the veiw was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the coffee was lovely. The only issue was you could clearly hear the people walking about upstairs.

The apartment rooms had everything you may need. If you needed breakfast foods or snacks they were available in the reception area, some were complimentary (Croissants in the morning), other items were priced fairly. The staff were very accommodating. Secure covered parking is available at extra cost, that was good for us.

The room, bed, and facilities were great, and the reception, check-in, and check-out processes were easy. Only downside is the TV didn't work, not the end of the world, but it would have been nice.

The loft is very spacious, and the room is nice as well. However, they don’t provide a toothbrush or bottled water, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s an induction cooker, so you can cook instant noodles yourself.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel was lovely! Have everything you need and it’s super quiet! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready 4 hours early so we were able to check straight in. Really handy as they have lockers you can leave your stuff in to go back and collect after you’ve checked out, saves you having to carry big bags and cases around York with you. We will definitely be back. Perfect location to, only a 10 minute walk to York city centre.
