The rental was conveniently located near all the attractions. Parking was easy . Very spacious for our family of 4, we each had our own rooms. The apartment looked newly built and was very clean with modern appliances.

The place was very confortable and clean. Only two blocks from the Minster. There are some stairs to climb to the kitchen family room and dining room, it was no problem for us. We recommend the place

Outstanding stay for our group of five (my husband and me, my mom, and our two teens) in The Garret at The Quadrant! I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, well-appointed, packed with amenities, gorgeous, and has two balconies with views of Yorkminster. Communication was great, so self check-in was a breeze. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were fantastic. It’s just a few minutes walk to Yorkminster, The Shambles (including the famous York Ghost Merchants, which was a must-visit for our teen daughter) the city walls, and tons of places to eat and drink. There’s a Sainsbury’s a few hundred feet down the road. We were on a train tour of the UK, visiting seven cities in fourteen days. We had such a packed schedule that we almost never spent time hanging out in any of our accommodations. But The Garrett was so inviting, we actually found ourselves on the balcony, enjoying the complementary bottle of bubbles and listening to the bells of Yorkminster. We hope to return to York again and won’t even bother looking for a different place to stay!
