Great check in, spotless and tidy facilities. The lounge is gorgeous, especially in the evening with the candles and fire. Fully functional WiFi, central heating and hot showers. Glad to see such a well run YHA!
It was just what was needed and the host went above and beyond. Thankyou.

Great for budget travel
I was surprised not to have electric plug next to bed, there was only 2 sockets on the whole room designed for 8 people. Otherwise my short stay was uncomplicated.
Stay was very good. We had a private family room, up to 4 beds with a private bathroom. Neil in the front desk was very nice and always looking to make our stay comfortable. The area is charming. If you are looking for a classical charming English village, this is one to check out.

Liked: Staff & service
Good value for money.
A lovely warm, friendly environment. The staff were excellent. A home away from home. My favourite part was the cosy candle lit dinning area with sofas around a fire. My least favourite part was sharing toilets and showers, but having said that it wasn't too bad on the whole.
