We stayed for 1 night for a gymnastics competition. I called a couple days ahead to get a late check out which was easily accommodated. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and a great size. Pool area is also great, nice to have a separate waterslide. My daughter and her gym friends loved the lemon water in the lobby. Check out was also easy.

Elevator was broken half way through my 5 night stay but not the hotels fault. Just an annoyance. Rooms and lobby were clean and breakfast was great. All attendants were very nice and friendly. Would stay again
