"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative I have to mention is that when I turned the water in the bathtub on a bunch of long dark hairs floated up out of the drain - very gross! "

"2nd floor room was spacious but the whole floor smelled like old cigarettes. It is now a non-smoking hotel but the smell is awful. Our room overlooked the lobby entrance and we had to request the desk person to ask the people out there to not smoke as the smell was coming in our room. They were very loud out there until after 11. lots of traffic noise too. Room was decent, clean but smelly"

"staff nice. hotel was very clean. only downside is that the bathroom light reflects from the full length mirror next to the bed. this is kind of annoying at night. wish the mirror in the room was as placed elsewhere. "

"Staff was kind but property was filthy. The premium room was ok I found a roach egg in a drawer but no actual bugs. linen discolored from the age but I know they washed the linen because the door of laundry was open . walking around the property to leave multiple janitor rooms fillled with old commodes and broken fixtures with a nasty stinch. Nothing really looks maintained. I did notice men working on the landscape."

"Located in a quiet place, it is easily accessible to Pittsburgh. Exceptionally clean room, beds and bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job. Complimentary breakfast included adequate varieties of food items. "
