"Nice staff, decent selection of prepackaged breakfast items, kid-friendly pool area. Room needed a good dusting on all flat surfaces and one of the towels had multiple stain spots. Overall, could have been worse, could have been better."

"Hotel staff was friendly and did their best to make our stay great. The only downside was we asked three times for them to get the TVs working and even after three attempts we still had no working TVs. The property is in the middle or renovations but overall we liked our room well. "

"The floor was filthy and used soaps were left in the shower. The complex is under a tear out refurbish and old and broken furnishings were everywhere. The pool was green and stagnant. It was closed, but should have been drained. Quite the eyesore."

"Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this to the front desk staff at check out: he commented that not that it is acceptable, but there was a recent change in management and front desk staff, and that evidently all the communication issues have not yet been ironed out! Nice to hear, but as he stated, not acceptable service."
