"Emplacement et vue idéaux , place de parking incluse dans le prix de la chambre . L’ équipement de la cuisine est minimaliste ( 1 poêle, 1 casserole ), salle de bain : il manque la porte de douche , de l’ eau répandue sur tout le sol. "Very convenient for the town square and harbour area where most bars and restaurants can be found. The hotel does have parking and car charging. During our research on where to stay these facts were either out of date or somewhat vague. The parking fills up in late afternoon but there are some hotel parking spots around the corner."

"Traveled with my daughter to Svolvær. We had a balcony room which I would say is a must, far better to be able to relax above the water and watch the boats go by than to look over a parking lot. The room and en suite were both comfortable and spacious enough that the two of us did not feel cramped. I would love to know what the mattresses were made of. Throughout Norway all of them were the same three inch thick material but immensely comfortable. Seemed like a very green choice. The staff was welcoming and helpful during check in and out and any time we had a question. We ate the breakfast buffet once, it had extensive fresh and delicious choices, well worth the price. Overall A+ accomidations."

"The front desk clerk, Joseph, was very helpful. The hotel property was great. We were here off season, but still loved the area. Many of the shops were closed because we got in late on a Saturday but the Mix was open. We hiked nearby and took advantage of Joseph’s restaurant recommendation the Fiskekrogen which was excellent. I strongly recommend the fish soup. "
