We went to a concert at Hard Rock Sacramento and this Hotel is 20 minutes away, so it was really well located. The staff were really nice and there was plenty of parking. The pool needs some maintenance. Breakfast was fine. We had a great experience and we definitely will go back !

The staff was amazing, and when I requested that my bed be changed, they did not hesitate to come; I will be going there once a month to rest because my schedule is very busy, and another thing is that it has good parking.

My stay was very short - just overnight since I was in town for a concert. The room was quiet and clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night's stay! The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating! Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Disliked: Amenities
Bed was super hard, rooms are clean and the shower was spacious. Saturdays breakfast was what you expect. But sunday was a whole lot of deflection and arguing from the staff because the buffet was not ready. And on that not customer service gets 2 thumbs down!
