"Overall this was a very convenient, affordable stay while on a road trip! Comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast, and very helpful staff. Upon arriving, Tammy at the front desk assisted us and gave us a room that we would get the best sleep in. She was very kind and attentive. At breakfast she had individual conversations with each guest asking them about their trips, etc. She was this kind and helpful while doing a turnaround shift!!! I would stay here again just for Tammy."
"I ended up being charged more than I expected when I booked my stay online, which was very frustrating. Also, the temperature in our room never got to a cool, sleeping temperature. We turned the air down and the air conditioner would go on for a couple minutes and then just turn off. It was so warm that I just slept with a sheet on and woke up many times throughout the night. All of us staying in the room were very tired in the morning because we definitely did not get a good night’s sleep!
And I specifically booked a queen room and I’m pretty sure the beds were just double.
The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. I also felt like the room was clean. "
"Clean and dated room with many of the comforts you would expect from a standard room (desk, chairs, coffee machine and supplies, tv with cable programming, bathroom and separated sink and counter, and a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was cold or hot cereal, packaged small muffins or white powdered donuts, and juice or milk. Parking was difficult and not enough for all units, however, we did find parking. Staff was friendly and helpful."
"While the room itself was clean, the rest of the property was in terrible condition. The hot tub was not working when we stayed two nights on 5/22-5/24/2026 & hadn’t been working since sometime in April. This isn’t necessarily an issue other than the fact that it was still filled & the water had never been drained. There was a freestanding film on top of the water as well as sand at the bottom of the hot tub. The pool had a ton of sand & debris, & after getting in the pool, not realizing the condition of it, we were so disgusted that we immediately got out & went back to our room and showered. The back door was broken & didn’t latch or shut so anyone could just enter the facility at any time & we felt unsafe. The ice machine was leaking & there was trash piled up around the property. When we brought the condition of the pool up to the staff, they stated they were aware of the condition & the tremendous amount of sand in the pool & the pool would be cleaned in just a couple of days, but yet they let us swim in these unsanitary conditions without saying a word until we brought it up. When another resident brought up the fact the back door wouldn’t latch they seemed surprised & yet did nothing about it. Out of all the places I have stayed at in my entire life, this was by far the worst place ever & I would strongly caution anyone from staying here. As well, our room was paid for through Expedia, yet we were given an additional bill from the facility when checking out."
"What am amazing place! We loved the decor and how it feels so historic and every detail was just right. We only stayed one night, but will definitely be coming back."
