"Beautiful resort with fun games every afternoon. The kids loved it. Buffet food was as good as any all-inclusive with the Mexican food and fresh fruit being excellent. The animals make it worth going to this resort at least once. Worst dinner-reservation situation I've seen at an all-inclusive. You have to wait in line every morning to make one reservation for dinner two days in the future, if you get in line early enough."

"The staff wall excellent, and their service to customers is top notch! Their food choices and drink options are great also. The only thing that I would consider lacking a bit is the night entertainment; there needs to be more, adult-type, more "dancing" music, more tropical/related to their geographic location. Most people we saw at the main bar and entertainment area were dissapointed when the activities ended earlier than expected, and when no music to dance to wasn't played..."

"Would give this 5 starts but had to do 4 due to being placed in a room that was out dated, inoperable AC m, dirty throw pillows, dirty chair, etc. hotel lobby staff upgraded the room to an ocean front the same day. Staff was accommodating, food was surprisingly good as well as drinks. No complaints other than the first room."

"We arrived Sunday afternoon, never received welcome drink, day after we got there jackhammers started working on swim up rooms 2 floors down from us, couldn’t even sit on our beautiful ocean view terrace, dust and chunks of cement was everywhere including the shades at buffet, food was mediocre at best, but staff was accommodating, not much night life as everything outside shuts down at 7 which was disappointing coming from a cold climate, i think we should be comp’d for the jackhammering, it seemed like it was a very quickly built hotel that now needs repairs"

"The Best Food, liquor ,Beach , stuff service,Nead a little cosmetic work in rooms , Nead a little better food after 9 pm only sport bar food with is worth it but not recommended, overall recommend to visit that Resort."
