"Amazing!!! The service was awesome and the hotel and room felt very luxurious. Even the clothes they gave us to wear were very comfortable! The meals were plentiful but perhaps a bit too fancy/unique for us, and we are not picky eaters. The public bath house for women is also quite small (not sure about men’s), so we just used our private hot spring in our room instead which was perfect for 2 people to sit in at one time. "

"This was my first ryokan visit so take what I say with a grain of salt. First, the staff was very accommodating and nice. Their English was limited but they went out of their way to make sure we were welcome including coming to our room to show us how to set up our futon. Dinner was amazing with so many items.
