Carpet has an iron shaped burnt-through hole. Booked the place for 14 nights and moved out to available hotel room next day. I have no doubt that any reviews for this property are not real. "Simple but comfortable hotel even if the room wasn't cleaned very well; buffet breakfast is good and with a wide choice of savory and sweet food. Hotel is suitable for both long and short stays."
