"The hotel was very beautiful. All the plants and the butterfly garden was amazing. There was some mold on the bathroom shower floor/walls. Honduras is very humid but I wish there was a bit more upkeep in that aspect. The restaurant/bar closes super early. We went down to have a drink (I think around 7PM) and it was already closed. Overall, the staff was nice and welcoming. PS. keep in mind the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything from the rooms next to me and anything going on outside....

"It’s a remote location. I have a 4x4 and it was challenging to get to the hotel due to the loose rocks, especially as you get closer to the hotel. The good: remote location, very quiet with no internet access for digital detox. Good hike up to the big rock (800 meters). Good host. The bad: cabins are not well maintained. My whole family had spider bites in the morning. "
