The stay was good. I was charged for an extra room once I arrived at the property. After contacting multiple people they refuse to refund. Be aware when asked to pay for anything.

Esta muy bien ubicada, pero no entiendo porque si es enorme el hotel, hay muchas habitaciones y poca gente y a todos nos mandan en el mismo piso... hubo mucho ruido en la noche en los pasillos y en la calle

La habitación esta decente, reservamos una villa pero faltaban sartenes apropiados, también la television super pequeña para la distancia de las camas, no se lograba ver bien, la alberca super helada, deberian instalar sistema de calentamiento, no se disfruta asi
