Buen hotel, excelente ubicación y atención.

El hotel es mucho mejor que en las fotos, es un lugar agradable y cálido el personal del hotel siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos. Tiene una ubicación buena se puede llegar a pie a prácticamente cualquier lugar turístico. En la ducha el agua era bastante caliente lo cual era muy bueno por el frío que hace. En la noche se descansa muy bien es bastante silencioso. Lo recomiendo.

hotel recomendable

hotel céntrico, acogedor, limpio, el colchón si esta algo viejo y se hunde pero para descansar pues esta pasable, el servicio de comedor excelente, la señorita que nos sirvió el desayuno super amable y atenta y cocina delicioso, en recepción el joven que nos recibió también muy amable y en general su personal con bastante disponibilidad

Buen hotel, pesima atención al cliente.

Estuvimos 2 noches, y la primera mañana no había servicio de luz ni agua... y no nos avisaron cuando hicimos el check-in, no tenían plan B... sé que no estoy pagando un hotel 5 estrellas asi que mínimo lo que esperaba es que nos avisaran para anticiparnos con tiempo nuestras actividades, por que el negocio de alado nos comentó que avisaron desde un dia antes lo del corte del sumimistro. no me sentí comoda con la respuesta de la encargada del hotel, solo le echaba la culpa a su compañero Nicolas.

Deben mejorar sus políticas de ruido en la madrugada para evitar escándalos. Sugiero cambien colchón en habitación 27, ya no es funcional.

El Internet tenia muy mala conexión y de hecho hasta ka habitación ni siquiera lo detectaba, los muebles y ambiente del lugar me parecieron algo descuidados y un poco sucios, el personal de la entrada es poco amable.

La habitación contaba con buena limpieza, la cama era muy cómoda, solo que cuando no llegue no había señal de wifi ni cable, otra cosa las que no me gustaron para nada es que no hay locales de comida cerca.

Bueno pero puede mejorar

Cómodo y rústico Pero no había shampoo y el ruido por la mañana era increíble! No dejaron descansar bien entre gente, movimientos y niños gritando y tocando instrumentos por todos los pasillos son que se les llamara la atención
