Tiene una vista excelente a Zacatlán. Está cómodo. Tranquilidad y seguridad. Personal muy atento y amable. Hay que tener transporte propio para movilizarse.

Hotel bonito pero ruidoso

La ubicación del hotel permite tener vistas preciosas de Zacatlán. Lamentablemente se encuentra muy cerca de la carretera federal por lo que el tráfico pesado hace mucho ruido sobre todo en las noches. De hecho, el hotel proporciona diariamente tapones para los oídos, pero, de todos modos, es insoportable el ruido de los camiones. El restaurant del hotel se encuentra cruzando la carretera y es peligroso. Abre a las 9 am para desayunar y cierra a las 6 pm por lo que no hay servicio de cena y debes pedirlo a domicilio. No hay restaurantes cercanos. El agua caliente no dura mucho por lo que hay que bañarse rápidamente. No tienen buen servicio de drenaje. la habitación debe cerrararse herméticamente para evitar el ruido, pero se acaba el oxígeno y hay que abrir un poco la puerta corrediza.

Pues en general básico!

Pues en la descripción de las amenidades ofrecen una tina la cual no había,en cuánto a las amenidades del baño muy limitadas y en cuánto a canales de televisión también los básicos y el internet muy malo.

Nos Gustó mucho la Vista que tiene el Hotel y del Restaurant. lo que esta un poco complicado es el acceso al Hotel, no está muy claro la entrada

Es un hotel muy cómodo, limpio, y que brinda una experiencia única. El despertarse y poder ver las nubes a tus pies desde tu cama es una de las experiencias más increíbles. El equipo es muy amable y me hicieron sentir como el cliente más importante. El desayuno incluido es buenísimo y el costo de los adicionales perfecto. Sin duda mi primera opción en Zacatlán.

Fin de semana genial

El hotel es muy bonito, amplias habitaciones, el personal muy amable y la vista a Zacatlan es genial. Todo muy lindo. El desayuno muy rico.
