"This property is on a high hill and the view from up there is amazing! There are lots of places to stop and overlook the entire Guayabitos Bay while drinking your morning coffee. There are two very clean swimming pools with access to BBQ pits. It was such a calm, relaxing, beautiful experience. Reccomend it 100%"

"We booked and stayed 1 night in this very cute on the beach cabana. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed the ocean waves all night. As a bonus we were invited to have coffee the next morning with the host and they shared a lovely breakfast of freshly made tortillas and cheese creme & veggies."

"Llegamos y tuvieron q marcar para q vinieran a abrirnos. No sabían de nuestra reserva. Así q limpio no estaba. Chico Incomodo. Sin toallas. Llovió y con goteras. Era de noche todo se nos mojo. Muy incómoda la traila. Teníamos muchas ganas de vivir la experiencia y la odiamos. Para rematar apareció una araña. Muy incomoda la regadera.

"La espera al llegar a check un tanto incomoda. La propiedad es buena pero ya presenta deterioro en cosas como: puertas, cancel de baño, y muebles sanitarios. Aunque la alberca es limpia tal vez por la temporada invernal no pudimos hacer uso de la misma por no contar con agua caliente"

"1. Someone from the house started contacting me weeks before my family vacation to wire transfer a deposit. I wasn't sure if it was fraud so I politely told them I would pay when I checked in. 2. The address that Hotels.com reflects for the location is different than the one the location ended up sending me so I drove around for a while trying to find the location, so if your going to this location in a taxi make sure you confirm the address. 3. "Here is a breakdown of our stay checking in July 9, 2025 checking out July 10, 2025- original booking on Expedia.com-
Positives-
Check in- the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming- however told us that we could not pay with credit card, but we said that we needed to checkout at 05:00 am the following morning due to a relative being in the hospital. She agreed to follow up with the owner to confirm. She led us to our cabin, and I turned on the air to get it cool- as we were going to spend time on the beach- in the pool- and in the restaurant. Figured in a couple of hours the room would be cool. The room looked amazing, and for the $215 $3500MXN) a night I figured it was good value.
Location/ atmosphere- The only thing I can say is wow! Amazing location, amazing grounds, the vibe is amazing. They have everything decorated to theme, and it is amazing just to sit and soak it all in. Good public restrooms, great bar area, friendly and attentive staff. After beach time, we opted to eat- we ordered the coconut shrimp and the shrimp a la diabla. Both were huge portions and delicious!!! I was leary as many other reviews were very critical of the food, however we absolutely loved it!!! We could pay dinner on credit card- but not the room?
Pool- very relaxing!!! Great size and deep enough to really get your relax on!!! Clean and the views over the ocean were spectacular!

"First day was excellent! The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The first day we got there the pool was a little cloudy but I think that’s because the large group of people had just left because the next day the pool was great. Our shampoo and body wash were empty but didn’t bother as much as we had brought some from home."
