"Not in walking distance to Ravenna. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had no spots left for dinner and we were not offered any alternatives The hotel purports to be environmentally friendly but the room only had plastic drinking cups. Very disappointing. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and complimentary cafe latte. Despite the delicious breakfast I would NOT recommend this hotel"

This iconic Belle Époque landmark (a true piece of history that inspired Fellini) exudes elegance and charm from every corner. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed with that perfect mix of classic style and modern comfort. But the breakfast… oh my! Easily the best breakfast ever — a lavish, gourmet spread in stunning historic halls with everything from fresh pastries and made-to-order dishes to an incredible variety that felt like a feast every morning. "My AC wasn’t working properly which was unfortunate, and my window opened to a neighboring roof access so I felt unsafe keeping it open at night since I was a solo female traveler. Everything else was great I have no other complaints"

"Booked this because it was a Spa Hotel ! They fail to make it clear there is a charge for guests to use the Spa £29 euros for 2 hrs ,and that dogs are welcome ! Was kept awake by crying children and dogs barking ,not a relaxing break at all ! It should all be made clear on websites they use !"
