"We absolutely fell in love with this place! Bungalows were impeccably clean, small but space effective. With three kids we appreciated having two bathrooms. "Stipe Residence was perfect for our Split stay! The room was spacious with a great bathroom, and the AC worked tremendously well. Bus stop is just steps away (used it frequently to get around downtown Split) and there is a beach is right across the street with tons of restaurants along it. Location can't be beat - everything you need within walking distance, including a market. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Split!"

"Nice and clean apartment. Based on pictures you don’t actually know what kind of room you get as photos in hotels.com include photos from different available rooms. It was also a bit unclear how to check-in. I called the reservation office and they called to the next person who then came and showed our apartment. Also worth mentioning that tou get only 2-3 toilet paper rolls and after that you are supposed to buy your own. This is quite unique solution. However, nice and clean apartment."
