De locatie was pal op de hoek van een zeer druk kruispunt en de appartementen zijn amper geluidswerend dus alle verkeerslawaai was hoorbaar. De staat van de appartementen zelf was niet heel goed. De keukentjes waren extreem beperkt, en de appartementen zelf maakten een afgeleefde indruk.

Good base for a few nights

Excellent location as it was an easy walk to the centre of Zagreb but bus and tram options were also available. It benefited from very friendly and helpful staff. It was of a pretty basic quality but represented good value for money. Although close to the road noise was not an issue. I would be happy to stay here again if passing through Zagreb.

close to the city center

The apartment is close to the city center. Downstairs of this apartment there is a bar/cafe, but it was not too loud for us.

Needed a room for the night in between countries, it suited our needs and was clean. The bartender we picked the key up from was very friendly and helpful. The area appeared a little sketchy as we were walking to find a place to eat, but walked around the area safely at night with no issues.

Jubileumstur (50 år).

Meget bra opphold ut fra vårt behov. Sentralt og praktisk beliggenhet i Zagreb. Enkelt å komme rundt i byen, til fots og buss/trikk.

鉄道の駅に近く交通の便が良く空港までもタクシーも多く楽だったアパートの下にレストランが有り飲食ができた

Good budget hotel to stay

Overall it is good choice for budget travellers, location is good as well since it takes 25 mins walking to old town but also close to bus terminal about 8 mins by Taxi. The room has small pantry is advance as we didn’t expect it before.

Ce café-hôtel (ça y ressemble plus qu’un guesthouse) était facile à trouver avec le gps mais dur de trouver l’accès au parking ! Normal , pas de parking, se garer dans une ruelle sans issue le long de l’etablissement. Pas de wifi dans la chambre mais dans le café du bas. Pas de produit de toilette comme aussi mentionné dans le descriptif . Pas de store ou de volet aux fenêtres , il fait donc jour toute la nuit l’établissement étant situé dans un carrefour. Ménage pas fait à fond et des insectes morts étaient dans la chambre et toiles d’araignée. La douche fuyait , l’eau stagnait dans la douche au centre , la serviette pour les pieds était trempée à notre arrivée . Les lits ou le lit (2 dans un) étaient inconfortables et mous. Pas de lampes de chevet et pas de bouilloire. Bref du basic de chez basic ! Les points positifs : Personnel jeune et disponible Même si pas au centre , facile de se rendre au centre et les 15-20min de marche se font bien. Même si pas de parking , bien agréable de laisser la voiture sans souci. En gros, le plus mauvais établissement de notre voyage.

Not as advertised

First this hotel does not have free toiletries or mini bar. Mini bar is no problem, since they had refrigerator. But only handsoap and dishwashing liquid available. Had requested a room with 2 beds, but got only one double bed. Know that bed preferences are not guaranteed, but reduce the experience since the hotel was chosen because they had rooms with 2 beds. Friendly staff. Close to train and bus station, but tram or taxi have to drive around making it a long journey to city center.

Noisy Location and Bar

Pros: Power shower, occasional hot towel rail, automatic movement lighting in bathroom, mainly clean accommodation, central location. Cons: Very basic accommodation in need of updating, very noisy location with main traffic and bar music from very early in morning until very late at night, mainly unhelpful and unconcerned staff, no housekeeping.

Great place for the walking tourist

I know the neighborhood because I used to live on the same street and wanted to be in that area. For those who do not know the city the value is good if you are ok walking 15 minutes to the start of the city center or taking tram or Uber but those will take longer due to traffic and routing. There are plenty of cafes and a famous restaurant and the main city performing arts center across the street and McDonald's is ten minutes away and two more minutes and you get all the healthy alternatives you could want for the most part. So explore and walk and it's really a great place. There is no service per se as it's an apt type place so they don't service it till you leave but they are there if you need something and very responsive. I prefer a solid bed and this is not the case (more of a couch roll out with springs) but I slept fine. If you are a smoker the cafe downstairs is really nice and convenient with huge outdoor space. If you are not a smoker you have a battle before you in the Balkans! Oh, and don't expect good wifi but if you are on vacation that should be ok!

커피와 술, 그리고 뚜벅이를 위한 최고의 가성비 아파트먼트

이 아파트먼트에서 느낀 점을 아주 그냥 팩트폭행 수준으로 상세하게 적어봅니다. 일단 이 아파트먼트에 3박 4일간 숙박을 했습니다. 자그레브 버스터미널에서 도보 15분~20분 정도면 도착하는 거리구요. 자그레브 메인광장(옐라치치광장?)까지는 도보 20분이면 도착하기 때문에 뚜벅이로 여행을 하신다면 딱 적당한 거리에 있는 숙소입니다, 일단 저는 술과 커피를 아주 좋아하는데 이 곳은 아파트먼트 2층이 4개의 룸으로 이루어진 공간이고 1층에는 memo?라는 카페겸 바가 위치해 있습니다. 아주그냥 숙박하면서 커피와 술 공급하기에는 최고인 구성이죠. 커피도 11~12쿠나 정도로 아주 저렴하고 맥주는 20쿠나 정도에 구매할 수 있습니다. 물론 식사도 가능합니다. 그리고 아파트먼트에 전기레인지와 냄비가 다 구비되어 있어서 라면이나 다른 음식을 해먹기에 좋습니다. 처음에 전기레인지 사용법을 몰랐는데 맨 좌측에 있는 락 버튼을 꾸욱 길게 눌러서 일단 풀어주고 사용할 가스레인지 포트 버튼을 누른다음에 +버튼을 이용해 9까지 올리시면 쉽게 사용할 수있습니다. (처음에 몰라서 가스레인지 키는데 1시간 걸림..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ) 다 사용하고 나시면 맨 우측에 있는 정지버튼 눌러서 끄면 됩니다. 아파트먼트 건너편이 무슨 오페라 공연하는 공연장이여서 그런지 저녁에는 뒷풀이하러 1층 카페겸바에 사람들이 많이 오는 편입니다. 파티 좋아하시면 아래에서 섞여 노셔도 되고 조용히 마셔도 좋은 분위기 입니다. 참고로 근처에 환전소는 따로 없고 atm기가 있어서 비자카드 가져오시면 바로출금이 됩니다, 참고로 카페겸바는 현금밖에 안 되니 참고하세용.

Günstig und Zentral

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es gerade mal 5 bis 6 Minuten zu Fuss. Dort kann man auch alles für ein gutes Frühstück kaufen. Der Parkplatz ist an der Strasse neben dem Haus. Zwei Dinge waren störend: im Badezimmer war ein Kanalisationsgeruch vorhanden. Wir spülten die Sifos so oft wie möglich, dann ging es. Die Vorhänge machen nicht wirklich dunkel und es hat Strassenlampen vor dem Haus. Auch damit kann man allerdings leben. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Great location ideal for walker, transit access A+

From the moment we arrive at Apartments Srceko, we were greeted by a very pleasant staff member who provided help with our luggage and information about the apt. & area. The owner with his very pleasant personality was very prompt to respond to an issue we had with a leaky faucet and which was rectified immediately "with a smile". To sum it up, the location was ideal and perfect for our needs during our 5 days at Apt. Srceko.
