"Fitstly we could not find the hotel nor our taxi driver. It did have a sign which could not be seen in the dark. Hotel was in a secluded area with not much around. I did not get help with the bags being taken up the stairs despite being on my own with 2 kids. The room was shabby. The curtains were smaller than the windows and were very thin. Everything was dusty and dirty. None of the lamps in the room worked. The fridge stunk, the beds were so hard that parts of your body you were lying on...

"Perfect location with 20mins walk to Krupowki, Termy zakopianskie or even to a trail walk. Apartment was so nicely decorated for Christmas. Perfect for family of 4. Good value for money. Under block parking space was additional benefit."
