"Amazing location, right in the center of town. Easy access to shops and food. Good food at the restaurant, good continental breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The ferry is a 7 min drive but the taxi service can get backed up. If you have a car there is a lot 10 mins away. The hotel has 5 spots but they fill up after 5pm."

"The area is very nice, breakfasts and dinner buffet is great and well maintained. Room was clean and cozy (be aware that shower is fully open and there is no privacy in the room). On downside I'd say that reception service was not always interested in even trying to help out with small requests (was looking for a lighter, they didn't even try to help)"

"The hotel is in the centre of Zakynthos town, close to excellent local family run restaurants. Parking is a challenge as the hotel does not have onsite parking. The breakfast is very good with sufficient options to eat healthily (ie high protein options - boiled eggs and fresh yogurt)."

For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel. The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning. But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous. Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!"
