The hotel was in a great location it was peaceful right by the sea . The staff were really lovely and helpful . Ionna and Joanna were especially amazing . The down side if you have issues with mobility it probably is not good as there are lots of steps , the only other downside is the food , not much choice and much as a same each night . But I would give this hotel 4 out of 5

Property was ok. Rooms were good. Far too many steps which was not publicised. Made it very difficult to get around. Most staff were lovely. Found food choice a little bit limiting. On the whole good but sadly will not return

Overall an enjoyable holiday at a good hotel. Reception & bar staff very friendly- more so than buffet/restaurant staff who worked hard but smiled little. Breakfast coffee machines repeatedly breaking down or running out of milk was frustrating.

The aircondition did not work. 32 degrees celsius in the room…Hard to sleep…And no one informed any one whats going on. Very happy we just stayed 2 nights. Our neighbours had stayed for almost a week with no aircondition…and no compensation.

The hotel is not a beach front or access to the beach. If you are not VIP you have access to one buffet. The al a carte restaurant couldn't accommodate us during our stay. The staff were not helpful at all. Drinks must be picked up from the bar, the waitstaff only brought water to the table. The snack bar is opened from 10 to 6 and the food must be eaten in front of staff can't be taken into the room. The air conditioning did not work in the room. We had to pay for transportation to and from the hotel upon arrival and departures.

Was heerlijk. Buffet restaurant was erg gevarieerd.
