"標準タイプのドミトリーに泊まりました。カプセルタイプで個室感があります。カプセル内にセーフティボックスがあるので、貴重品がしまえます。ただしセーフティボックスの鍵を借りるにはデポジットとしてパスポートを預ける必要があります。トイレやシャワーも綺麗で清潔です。談話ルームには水と電子レンジがあります。バスターミナルから離れているのが難点。近くのビーチはプライベートビーチなので入れませんでした。私はジプニーでバリオバレットのビーチに行きました。バリオバレットの方が圧倒的に綺麗です。最大の難点はこのホテルがXperiaを利用していないことです。 Xperiaで予約・支払いしても、ホテルは感知していません。 Xperiaに返金してもらうに時間がかかりました。 Xperiaで予約してはダメです。"

"Overall, the facility was good, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the corkage fee policy when I brought my family to swim. The staff on the day shift informed us that there were no corkage fees for food and that fees only applied to alcohol, which we did not bring. Later that evening, a different staff member told us otherwise. We were able to resolve the issue, but it would be helpful if the policy were communicated more clearly to avoid confusion in the future. Another area for improvement is the shower pressure, which was very low during our stay. Stronger water pressure would greatly improve the experience. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The 24/7 security presence was appreciated and made us feel safe throughout our visit."
