"A group of 7 friends stayed here for 3 nights. The Lodge is very traditional and our 4 rooms were all beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. "Wonderful property, staff and grounds were wonderful and top notch. We had the absolute best time at the hotel. Would return to the same hotel if we find ourselves back at Victoria Falls. The gym was also great, and we the animals (impala, zebras, giraffes, and monkeys) were everywhere, so fun to have them so close! "

"This is an amazing little oasis in Vic Falls. The staff is very attentive, even helping us to book dinners and arrange taxis! Great breakfast each day and the rooftop bar was the perfect cherry “on top.” Special call out to Theresa who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful! "

"I loved my stay at Lake Safari Lodge. The rooms were very comfortable with a nice seating area outside with great views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful- full of flowers and trees and with lots of seating from where you can admire different views of the lake. The view from the infinity pool is stunning. Lovely buffet breakfast with a great selection - the fruit platter is a work of art ! But most of all it was the friendliness of the staff which made my stay. From the owner to the waiting staff everyone made me feel welcome which is particularly appreciated when you are a solo traveller. Thank you all . "

"September 2024. What a wonderful gem of a place! I was impressed with the beautiful rooms, and the incredible self-catering utilities available to us. The host who greeted me on my arrival was extremely friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The property is very safe and secure with locked gate, and undercover parking, so my vehicle was out of the hot sun! Stunning views of the sunset over Lake Kariba, and a beautiful, clean swimming pool. What I particularly appreciated was that one could also access the communal lounge, dining area, and kitchen through an internal locked door leading from the room. The huge kitchen was spotless and had everything you need for cooking, cleaning, etc. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

A beautiful Oasis on the lake

"We stayed here as a recovery from a road trip around Zambia and it was perfect. They are very customer service oriented. The large open space was perfect for relaxing on the couch with a view of the lake, a snack or sip in the pool. There was always someone around to get you anything you wanted. I’d stay here again. "
