The room was not clean, the elevator was in poor condition, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. There was also no Wi-Fi available. It was definitely not worth the money, and overall, I had a very disappointing experience.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should know what to expect. The room appeared very dated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. The shower holder was broken, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Many of the fixtures were covered in rust, corrosion, and heavy mineral buildup. The sink faucet and shower controls looked like they hadn’t been properly maintained in years. Cleanliness was also an issue. The bathroom mirror was dirty and spotted, and there was visible grime in several areas. The air-conditioning unit had noticeable dirt buildup inside the vents, which made me question how often it is cleaned. I understand that older hotels may not have modern facilities, but basic maintenance and cleanliness should still be a priority. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not match what I expected based on the price I paid. The staff were polite, but the property’s upkeep needs significant improvement. Until major maintenance and renovations are completed, I would not choose to stay here again.

Don't get any rooms next to a wedding group. I had too bang on their door at 3am because I couldn't sleep. They thought it was their right too keep everyone else awake. Hotel staff did nothing except told me it was a wedding party. Explains why NONE of their parents wanted the room next too them.

The room was very average. The faucet in the bathroom had insufficient water pressure. After taking a shower there was lots of water in the bathroom (curtain was wrongly placed). The lift towards the 4th floor in tower 2 had wrong settings. The lift door was squeezing the last person entering.

Not so good. I think just because I booked through Hotels.com, they gave me a second floor room next to the street. It was very noisy early in the morning. The room also smelled of dank and sewage that has not been cleaned in a long time.

Room was nice, it was spacious and had a lot of furniture. Location of the hotel was also near the mall and a lot of public transportation is available just outside the hotel. Only issue I encountered was the breakfast was not delivered the following days.
