"Stayed there the last day of my stay in Zanzibar and I’m never going back.. management need to up their game. No urgency, Poor reception, rooms too outdated, plugs need to be changed to multi sockets, water takes forever to warm up somehow, food average!! I really didn’t enjoy the 15 hours I spent there! "

"I wouldn’t consider this area safe and would not recommend as a honeymoon destination. It was very noisy at night time, constant horning etc. There were insects everywhere, including indoors, lizards, ants, worms etc. Mary was very kind and ensured we had breakfast however, it wasn’t the most pleasant experience due to the location being very noisy and the cleanliness. "My stay was great. The airline lost our luggage and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us locate it. We are forever grateful to them. The hotel itself is newer so it’s really clean and the rooms are quite spacious. We only had the breakfast at the hotel and they had a lot of good options. "I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy. But the staff were all super nice and helpful. The people in Zanzibar are pretty nice and fantastic though, so there’s that. "
