"I just stayed here one night as part of a longer journey, but the hotel was beautiful. Clean, comfortable, quie. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and it’s connected to the train station for ease of travel and options for dining."

"The location is great as it is connected to the station. Facilities are well maintained, lounge is convenient for a nice cuppa of coffee. However, the hotel is more for business traveller and for short stay, there is no coin laundry facility thus it’s a bit inconvenient if needed self service laundry for family with kids. "

"The spa is quite far out but has accessable buses from Sendai Station. The onzen was wonderful and clean. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Only word of caution is unless you eat at the hotel, dinner options are limited and youd have to walk into town. Still a wondeful experience and would definitely stay again if we are in the Miyagi area. "
