"Within the old town and easy to access all attractions by walk. However, the reception not user friendly and the room is not what we saw online. WiFi is almost not working. "We arrived an hour before check-in planning to drop off our luggage, but the staff member at check-in let us go to our room early because it was ready. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We were on day 9 of our Europe, so the next morning we reserved the spa and whirlpool. It's cost $65 USD for two people to have private use for two hours. It was incredible! The photos do not do the wellness center justice -- it is a MUST during your stay. Exactly what we needed to rest up and get back to sightseeing. I highly recommend Hotel Ebersbach."
