"The room was very nice. The bed was comfortable and they had all amenities we would need. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of offerings, fresh fruit and pastries all in a lovely big ballroom setting! We loved Zaragoza! What a special place with a great vibe. We loved exploring the alleyways of El Tubo!"

"Good location. Easy parking. Helpful reception staff. My room was sandwiched between a large group of teens attending a sporting event. They were loud and I would not have slept had the man at reception not found me an alternative room. I am very grateful to him and, as a result of my move, I had a great sleep. They also apologised during checkout, which I appreciated"

"I had a pleasant 3 night stay at this large hotel complex with modern decor, great amenities including an outdoor swimming pool and a short drive to the city center. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, mini fridge, large bathroom with excellent water pressure and efficient air conditioning. The reception staff were professional and English speaking. I had underground parking for my rent a car for an additional daily charge and there is a breakfast buffet available again for an additional fee. The hotel was very quiet overnight so I always enjoyed a good nights sleep. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Zaragoza."
