The hotel must be trying to save money by not changing the toilet paper when it is low or having a spare roll in the bathroom. The morning after we checked in, we literally ran out of toilet paper - at the worst time! I asked the desk to add a spare roll but it didn't happen.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. This is the only hotel I have stayed in where I could not hear any other guests, or the lifts. Patricia on front desk was extremely helpful with explaining where we could eat and how to get into town.

Excellent Hotel and Staff
In these days of restrictions due to the Covid pandemic it was good to see that yhe hotel staff were taking as many precautions as they could: staff wearing masks, disinfecting key cards, arrows denoting where to walk. We have stayed in a few hotels on this trip and the precautions haven't always been executed.

Friendly check-in and room spacious and of a good standard. Breakfast also perfectly adequate. Used as an overnight transit stop but found eating places within walking distance and overnight parking in hotel garage for only €5 was worth the additional peace of mind. Only thing missing was an in-room coffee maker but you can't have everything!

Perfect for what it is. Whilst there are no thrills to this hotel, it is very affordable, clean and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect for a stay on a lower budget!

This property is far from sightseeing destinations. Getting to it is awkward. There is no ice available anywhere on the property. It was HOT and I have knee problems. I desperately needed ice. There was none to be had. The room was smaller than advertised.

Good hotel.
The hotel was ok, the room was a good size and the bed comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and clean, the breakfast was ok. The hotel was very convenient for the town centre, we got the number 35 bus just around the corner which took about 8 minutes to the centre. There wasn’t many bars/restaurants near the hotel. We also used the secure underground car park for 5 euros a day. Overall we would use this hotel again.

I was very disappointed on arrival I was told not a pet friendly hotel on all the hotels i booked I applied the filter for pet friendly my little dog had to stay in the car because they would not give me a refund also the receptionist thought it was funny

Great hotel. Free parking outside or secure parking in the basement for a charge of 5 euros per night. Easy check in, friendly staff, free wifi. Comfortable bed and great shower. Takes about 30 mins to walk into the city centre. Serves a great continental breakfast. There is a restaurant and bar next door for evening food and drink.

Friendly helpful staff at check in. Good size bathroom and bedroom. Bus stop 2 min walk, under 2 Eu to centre. Good choice & value breakfast. Very clean. Would recommend

Extremely disappointing
We have stayed here a number of times and this was by far the worst stay we've had. The air-conditioning kept turning itself off, the bedding was dirty (housekeeping needs to wash the duvets which are just placed on top of the beds), and I woke up each morning with random bites.

Convenient for overnight stop
Excellent value for money. Lovely staff who all spoke English and were very helpful. Very comfortable bed in a spotlessly clean room. Our only problem the air conditioning wasn’t efficient enough on a very hot night. Would definitely stay there again on our long journey from UK to southern Spain.

Nice hotel
THIS is my second time staying Here I will stay again. Clean good value and a nice walk to shopping’s center. A little outside the city nice for commuting. I wouldn’t advise breakfasts there’s a nice tapas across the road.

We had a long delay in our arrival due to circumstances beyond our control. I emailed the hotel tgat we would not arrive until after 2am. They emailed a reply that it had been noted in the book and would be no problem. On arrival, the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The room was comfortable with a shower over the bath, Breakfast was continental, as expected, but more than sufficient. No extra charge for parking, although literature in hotel stated a charge of 5 euros.
