While the outside of the building is not very attractive, the apartment itself was surprisingly nice — very clean, tidy, and well equipped. "This is an absolutely fantastic resort. George and Joseph at the Concierge desk were over the top helpful!! Excellent service. Carl from South Africa was two days on the job as towel boy around the beach. He was happy to help and super friendly!! He is going places in the hospitality business. The staff at Quattro was exceptional!! We had the 6 course tasting menu and it was a great experience. Every course was phenomenal!! Hats off to Lazar ,Bonita and Lynda for providing second to none service with a smile. We would recommend this property to anyone."
